Thus the only way the theory can have any real backing is for their to be ingame evidence to back it up, either that, or a developers "accidently" let's slip such details.
Not trying to argue with ya, just pointing out that just because you don't need to eat, drink, sleep, whatever in the non-survival game doesn't mean the character is anything other than a human.
I also never have to go to the bathroom - where does whatever I eat or drink go?
It is a mystery.
