Report a translation problem
You'll notice very little difference aesthetically, but should get a noticeable bump in performance...
EDIT: Yeah, I can turn it off, then close the launcher and it'll hop back on Low. However, if I change it to Ultra, close the launcher, it'll stay on Ultra. o.O
EDIT2: The Fallout Config tool says it's off.
While trying other methods, I wrote iFPSClamp=60 in my Fallout4.ini. What this does, though, is slow down gamespeed when it comes under 60, and up when it goes above 60.
So I set that to 30 instead, and capped my FO4 to 30 fps so it's at least stable and playable. No fix for the FPS drops though, sadly. :/
