This is a really convoluted way to store screenshots and hard to remember, particularly since there's a LOT of folders with strings of numbers in them, but you can easily get there through Steam by selecting
View > Screenshots
on Steam's Menu Bar, which pulls up Steam's Screenshot browser. Then you can click the button that says "Show on Disk", which opens the Screenshot folder in your OS's file browsing application. From there you can copy-paste the folder's address and/or make a shortcut if you plan to access it again later, or just move all the pictures to your preferred image directory.
if you're doing it with F12 you should be able to access them from the steam program. F12 is better coz they save a jpg not massive file size png or whatever.
