Video card over load I lost lot game play over that
Increase you ram if you can or lower you settings on video card
It just happened to me yesterday

That's a common physics bug but is always hilarious when it happens. I once had a leg lodge in a barrel that rolled endlessly across the commonwealth. It only occurs when one physics object lodges itself into another. Looks like here are two crates lodged into each other.
