Who was the Sadistic SOB that designed the Mirv Mini Nuke?

What is the point a a mini nuke that fires 5 projectiles that fly out , and the right back at you?

Well generally people like to shoot guns at other people, so i suggest trying that.

The MIRV Fat Man is a bit tricky to use. You need to arc the shot quite a bit up in order to avoid having one land on you.

If the game is realistic, aiming at 45 degrees above the ground (neglecting air resistance) will give the longest range.

I can use the MIRV just fine, so it's obviously something you are doing wrong.

Sometimes the MIRV (or Fat Man), is set up such that using it in V.A.T.S. will cause the player to aim directly at the enemy, without aiming upwards to compensate for the distance. This, coupled with the fact that only the 8th nuke shot out of the MIRV will go as far as the Fat Man's single nuke (and all other nukes will travel shorter distances), means that using the MIRV in V.A.T.S. will usually cause the player's death.
