Recycler or Deconstructor?
I was wondering if there was a recycler or Deconstructor I'm missing on contraptions. It would make things more neat and organized if I had a way to just dump my trash into something that converted it to base components.

Also, can ammo be used as components? I've got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of 308 ammo and I wanted to convert some to .44 but it doesn't seem to work...

Edit- I\m an idiot and misunderstood and though you ment for carrying but there is a mod for factory recycler too.
