Crashing trying to get in Good Neighbor

At first I could be able to get into goodneighbor, but for some reason, after I left, anytime I try to get back, the game crashes and I have infinite loading screen with buggy noise in the background. It actually happens sometime in other places, but 100% with Good Neighbor. And it is a part of the mainquest, I'm technically stuck with the story line here and can't move on.

I just posted a thread, based on this, related to Unlikely Valentine. If you're just trying to complete that quest, it might help - posting solution here also.

HERE IS WHAT WORKED:

1. Warped into Park Street Station (vault 114) by using this command in console: coc vault114
2. Run through as normal, until you need to "Follow Nick Valentine" out of the vault through the ladder
3. STOP, before you leave.
4. VERY IMPORTANT STEP- before exiting vault 114, use this specific console command:
completeallobjectives 0001f25e
This will mark the "Follow Nick Valentine" stage as checked off, but doesn't finish the remaining stages, as it normally would, but that's OK.
5. NOW, you may use completequest - in this case, specifically: completequest 0001f25e
6. Warp to Diamond City using: coc diamondcityext
7. Trigger the next quest to continue to the main storyline, by using this console command:
setstage 000229e6 10
That starts "Get A Clue" and will tell you to go to the Valentine detective agency. If everything was done correctly, Nick will be there already, start talking to Ellie, who you can then talk to, and proceed from there

No idea if clearing this quest will stop the whole area from being bugged. Haven't gone back to test and it's about 3 hours before I have to wake up for work. Good luck.

Yeah, we are having infinite loads and CTD when trying to enter or exit good neighbor from the doorway. Seems just fast travelling there helps. Maybe good neighbors door is bugged? Seems they should have fixed this after ALL these years.

If it happens three times in a row, stop doing it and go somewhere else. It usually clears up in a game day.

We were having it while a NAC weather super radstorm was happening. Thought this was it. Waited in Mass Fusion for weather to change and it would not change. lol. Finally got weather to change went to Good Neighbor doors and desktop...

SO I just played on my other pc. One of my characters has completed almost every quest in the game. Just some random radiant quests. Went to Mass Fusion then walked to Good Neighbor, went through the front door. It actually loaded quicker this time. Went to view my missions and CTD. Seriously? Still?

2 different pc builds it is doing this. I have a setup in my bedroom with ryzen 2700x and 2080 ti. I will launch tomorrow and see if it does it out there too. Good Neighbor FTL.
