Season Pass and installing DLC

This might be a dumb question, but how do I install the DLC ?

Just got the Fallout 4 Season Pass. The Season Pass and the DLCs are listed, but it only says "Installed" next to the Season Pass. The DLCs all show "Not Installed". I cannot seem to figure out how to install them. I checked the game's Data folder, and there's no DLC content in there.

This is the first time I've bought any kind of season pass, and would appreciate any assistance.

Click them off and on. Or restart steam.

mostly, it should auto install the second you buy it. you should notice how steam is downloading stuff for fallout 4. might be done in the background.

Yep. Had to restart my comp/Steam before it would download though.
