Side quest ''order up' is glitched out

So I am about 3 hours into the game and I have just noticed that the order up side quest is not complete. I have killed wolfgang sucessfully though but it asks me to talk to wolfgang. Anybody know how i can reset or complete the quest via console commands? Thanks for the help.

Try talking to the owner of the Diner if you have killed wolfgang, see if that triggers the quest to end!

I have but no completition trigger

Just had a quick look on google wiki.
And the part of the mission is 'stage 3000'. Not sure how to enter it as a console command though as i dont use them

SAVE GAME FIRST

Try

setstage DialogueDrumlinDiner 2000

that should direct you to talk to Trudy
cause 3000 wants you to talk to Wolfgang and I think that is where you currently are

if 2000 does not work load the save and try 7000 that should complete the quest
