Repeatable side quests in Far Harbor DLC?
I am wondering if there are any repeatable missions to do in the DLC that are similar to the repeatable faction quests in the base game. Also, roughly how many hours of gameplay will it take to 100% complete the DLC? Which means finishing all main quests, side quests, and discovering all locations.

No, there are no repeatable missions in Far Harbor. But the Far Harbor locations will be added to the "pool" for certain random missions back in the Commonwealth. The Brotherhood might send you to retrieve tech from a location in Far Harbor, for example.

Personally, it took me about thirty hours to finish all of the main quests, side quests, and to discover all of the named locations in Far Harbor. And even then, I still had to go back a couple of times to grab things I missed at unmarked locations.

That's not quite true - the settlements there generate their own missions a little differently than in the Commonwealth. When you travel into a Far Harbor settlement there seems to be a recurring chance that they will have a Fog Collectors Down or Trapper Raid mission, with the latter actually generating a radiant quest to go clear out a location. Dalton Farm and Longfellow's Cabin seem especially prone to the latter, but that is just in my own experience.
