Recruitment beacon disappeared?

Can not find it after new dlc is out. It was in power\misc, even the damned icon there is showing this beacon, but i'm not able to build it anymore.
Or am i simply restricted of building one in the Airport?

Dont think you can build one there, think i've the same thing as you do on console so i have. The building option is only there for certain brotherhood missions.

That is correct, you can't build recruitment beacons in the Airport. There is a lot of stuff you can't build there, including garden plots, cages, scavenging stations, stores, etc. Not a good place to have settlers either, because you can't assign them to anything that produces resources.
