Report a translation problem
Try to unsinstall/reinstall it.
The easyest way is to set your Steam library on "detailled view" (or anyway it's called in english), do 1 left clic on Fallout 4 to see the DLC list in the middle of your screen; then clic on the little square to uninstall the DLC, the clic again to reinstall it.

Already solved some of my problems with other games.

There's a mod that fixes it called "Lore Friendly Posters Wasteland and Contraptions Workshop Patch" on the Nexus.
