Why are there no female Supermutants?

I see from terminals they used both male and female subjects. Did the females become supermutant dogs then?

Super mutants don't have genders. Just something you learn in Fallout 1, or by looking up that question on google.

You learn almost all history of SUpermutant in Fallout 3.
In few word, the chemical ou change them into mutant delete everything usless and morph what's needed to get the best worrior possible. So they loose their gender (that's why they cannot have children).
They look like male because of the budybulded body, usually associated to man.

Because the voice box is something that also gets mutated? It's not just mutating everything but that.

Because they grew 2 feet, enlarging their larynx and vocal cords, put on 200 lbs of solid muscle and lost all body fat and hair.

At some point when you do this, you lose any feminine markers and look diesel as ♥♥♥♥.

One of the major parts of Fallout 1, and a peaceful intelligence solution, is that super mutants have no sexuality. Atall.
They have nothing that allows for reproduction in anyform and genitalia is one of them. Feminity was lost when they basically became feral beasts without gender roles
. Although some either tried to keep their 'gender role' as best they could or had a gender in their insanity visions of voices (Lily just has insanity of a female position, shes genderless.)
