Bunker Hill + Minute Man

So I did the prep school thingy but Kessler isn't tempted to join the Minuteman. Is that normal and requires a second quest to be finished, or did I rushed it and now she won't give me the V anymore?

pc Using the resurrect console command will allow you to properly proceed with gaining bunker hill as a settlement.

Oh, so I have to continue on with a quest, haven't gotten that quest yet

Is there any fix for them cowering with their hand soiver their heads after the battle is over ?

if thr settlers are dying, I'd either go up to all the settlers you like and open console command and type in setav health 1000000 or higher and target them with your cursor and they won't die, or if there named NPC's look up there base id's and set them as essential

I like to set the Protectron health to high with setav health 90000000000000 and then watch from a distance as they wipe out raider or other bad guy factions
