Conduit Wall Pass-through

Anyone know how this nifty sounding thing works? I'm stumped.

I'm still stumped. Can you be a little more specific? I figured these would clean up the crazy wires by powering through walls. Only thing is, I don't know how to use them to power anything. So far my attempts have resulted in no power.

To get the pass through the wall you have to just get it in the right spot, its a little tempermental. In general, to use the conduits to power something, you have to run a wire from one of the pieces with the wire connector, for a wired device, such as the elevator or the terminal. To use conduit to power things like lamps and things, you need to put the piece called a radiator or emitter, I forget exactly. And of course your generators need to be wired in as well.
