Have you unlocked all locations in the wasteland? I guarantee that you have NOT finished all quests, because so many are radiant, but you might have already experienced all marked content.

Check the Wiki, do you have all bobbleheads? All magazines? Collected all Ladies Auxiliary tapes? Found all ten behemoths?

All ladies auxiliary?
MIND EXPLAINING!?
I know what a behemoth is tho
Step one: find a bridge or a sewer pipe
Step two: see if there's a door or anything else under it.
Step three: nothing? Find another bridge.

Or, answer me this; Have you found Grandpa Savoldi's hat?
Find all 160 Vault-Tec Lunchboxes :P
Not sure what you would consider a "hidden quest". There quite a few quests that you just kind of stumble upon. Like the deathclaw egg quest, or the kid in the fridge. Also hard to make suggestions without knowing what quests you've already done. But if you havent done it, the Cabot House quest line is one of my favorites, or even, if you have Far Harbor, the murder mystery quest you get from talking to the the Miss Nanny robot Pearl, right out front of Far Harbor.
Here's another two, for your gaming pleasure.

There is a terminal in a house in Natick. What this terminal describes is backed up by real content in other locations. Find that content in those locations.

There is also a terminal and series of holotapes in Fiddler's Green trailer park. Those, just... find and listen/read.

And really, rambling around and spotting live terminals, holotapes, hell.. even doors you've missed before, that's where the off-quest fun starts. A few days ago I found an unmarked commonwealth location I'd been near or even run past, many times... and I've been playing 600+ hours.

Most of the 'unmarked quests' though do start off with a clue in a note or a holotape log.

If you have Far Harbor, pay special attention to Cranberry Island.

Ofcourse why not do that....
Have you tried working with another group like the rail road, or the brother hood? Or getting most of the Achevements?

I've tried that yes.
So the brotherhood and railroad and minutemen are all still alive.
BUT preston all of a sudden stopped giving me those cute little settlement missions.
And for the brotherhood its just help kids in the field.
And the railroad is also the same.
Just killing brotherhood for the railroad!
So you know.
Kind of a bad situation here.
But im looking on the fallout 4 wiki if there are missions i missed.
And i just missed some small one's so its not really a quest.
But building is fun to.
And since the new DLC will be there in 10 hours i have something to play when i come home.

So you know.
And still if you know any quests that are hidden please give them up <3

Go to Nick's office in DC and look around for any files just sitting around. Should be at least 2 quests out of that.

Barring that, see if there are notices posted on the 'wanted' boards outside the Dugout or up in the mayor's office. Have you been back to see the wall, and talked to the guy painting it? Side quest, he gives it.

I realise that this is thread is essential one big spoiler, but for the sake of being kind I've tried not to give too much away...
  • Have you recruited all the available companions and done all their quests?
  • Found all the power armor locations?
  • Found the sea monster?
  • Robbed all the banks?
  • Dressed up as a comic-book character (there are at least two!)
  • Found all the radio relay towers and the signals they're relaying?
  • Accepted the job at Cambridge Polymer Labs?
Have you led Billy back to his parents yet?
