Worth it to join CoA?

Is there anything that goes wrong with Far harbor if you decide to ally with CoA? (Children of Atom)

You get some unique weaponry, access to a decent shop both in Far Harbor and The Nucleus but other than that you can join up with any faction you want in Far Harbor without consequence, up until they "ask" you to do something to the other faction.

Only available if you settled matters peacefully with DiMA and agreed to his plans. Visit Martin’s radiation-filled sanctuary and take the two holo tapes – one on the desk and another by the bed. Return them to DiMA, then say you’re ready and travel to the Nucleus. You’ll need to finish the What Atom Requires side quest to proceed, if you haven’t already. Tell Tektus about the tape and play it for him, then meet him in the maintenance tunnels of the Command Center. You can persuade him to run away rather than kill him, if you’d prefer. Return to DiMA and have a chat to end the story and receive a perk that boosts damage resistance at low health. All factions coexist in peace. Stop by the Nucleus one more time to chat things over with Tektus Mk 2, if you like.

There's also another way:
You'll have to complete every side quest for Far Harbor, do the main quest up to his memories quest, pressure him on "bringing him to justice".
Since you did that, Far Harbor will turn against allen and nobody will turn hostile

Also make sure to replace Tektus

You could say that
If you get far enough in their quests, they'll tell you to "deal" with Far Harbor and Arcadia, so it's best to replace Tektus so he never gets that idea.

If you help the Grand Zealot, you'll start helping Tektus afterwards.

Helping the grand zealot grants you some unique armor and weaponry
If you replace tektus, you won't have to worry about him turning on Arcadia or Far Harbor, since Cole takes over

You can help tektus as long as he's replaced, if you help the real tektus then sooner or later he'll ask you to dispose of Far Harbor / Arcadia
