Yeah thats an common issue with skyrim ENB´s but to my knowledge the new ENB´s for Fallout 4 dont have those yet atleast from the dozen I used till now. I think its either an issue with installed texture mods that edit the sprite or a wrong install of ENB / Reshade
This actually fixed the problem. There was a problem with the ENB where the sun was too bright so he just disabled it completely in the latest update, so I had to go manually turn it back on.
It's Hard World ENB. It looks great indoors and at night time but really ugly at day time, due to the lack of a sun. However when you turn the sun on the screen is almost 100% white.
I ended up going with the Stalker Lights ENB. It's got a nice dark mature theme and makes it required to use a flashligh in dark enviroments, and the daytime has a nice warm but realistic glow to it.
I used this one on my dark themes survival Playthrough its quite a bit darker but the changed soundtrack is just amazingly fitting
Interesting. I'll have to give it a try some time.
