it stops my character from moving but the world is still in real-time.
i use it as a "spycam" feauture.
(for me its the workshop controls that move the cam. auto forward, arrow keys to strafe, mouse 1 and 2 to go up and down ect).
i think theres a way of locking the cam so your character can move around in that free space.
i cant remember how to do it tho.

it must be the tfc 1 that freezes the cam position/freezes the world.
