Just playing Fallout 4 on the console here (yes ino console peasent an all that), but im just wondering if anyone has some neat character build ideas they'd like to put on here? Thanks :)

Psycho fueled non stealthy melee with explosives to soften them up?
VATS pistelero with high charisma? Talk or shoot your way out of anything.
Former soldier with a focus on explosives and full automatic weapons?
Crazy mutant scientist build so work through radiation. Probably follows Children of Atom.

Well, the stealth sniper / silenced pistol character is both fun, and OP. Don't run into fights with guns blazing and making as much noise as you can, be the silent ninja taking out all the raiders with no one aware that you're even in the neighborhood. Be a ghost.

Melee stealth is more fun/challenge. Not by a lot but a bit. No ranged kills of any kind. But a shot here and there to distract.

depends if you play with mods , {inspired by the vietnam war} i play as a old Veteran that is going full hippie and want to build up settlements and unite the people


BACKSTORY AND SETTLEMENT TYPE


for the looks i got him some long hair {i prefer gray hair} and a long beard ,,,, he also wears some green glass john lennon shades {MOD} to finish the look and fit in with the nature around him.

in the settlements people will grow cannabis{mod} but there is plenty of other drugs to experiment with to like LSD,Heroine and everything else the hippie can find.

ofcourse the settlements got plenty of campfires to where the settlers can smoke/dance around and ofcourse sing some of those hippie songs.

The Hippie can easily survive in the Forest/Wasteland{that top rated mod on Beth.net} not only will he find usefull herbs for his drugs and Cannabis but also wild growing fruits and vegetables
the hippie wont eat meat !!!!! he is against the killing of mutated animals. and would only kill one if his life depends on it ! not for food.

He also wont wear Leather/skin armor since ,,,,,, again thats against his Believes


CLASS / COMBAT


The Hippie is great with a gun since he was a Soldier in the Army ,,,,, you can decide in what devision / class etc he could be a sniper/marksman or something else
{i advice downloading modern weapons !!!!!}
if you have modern weapons you can also give him a crazy side ! let him use/wear a nice good ol minimi LMG ,,,,, he could have been a vertibird gunner in the army !

Companions are fine ! but it has to be a certain type ofcourse to roll with this old hippie ,,,,

, no Danse !!! the Ghoul from goodneighbour{forgot his name for a sec} could be a fun friend to use drugs with , but piper and preston are fine to.

other perks and things that could be usefull should be around surviving / drug abuse/use

faction : Railroad since he loves every living being


i let the exact things pretty open since i myself am still testing around with it ! i want to make it perfect for my first ever livestream / playthrough ,,,,, but hey somebody might enjoy this vegan/veteran/hippie type of character !

Two I like to do are:

1.Stelth pickpocketing thief. Load up on sneek and pickpocketing and go to town. I love to sneek up behind a power armor wearing BoS, pickpocket his clothes off then steel his fusion core. He pops out in his under drawers. Awesome.

2. Robotics computer nerd. Max out hacking and robotics expert. Hack two bots and make them attack each other. It's like that old game Rockem Sockem Robots. Fun.
