Fallout 4 Eye Types Go Over Eyelids (Modded)

So ever since I started downloading eye mods I've been having a ton of issues. Basically whenever I change eye color, the eye color (pupil and everything) are pasted on to the eye lid of my character. Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary as hell and I really want to change the eye color.

I had that when I first changed my character using the console command while using mod eyes. Once you save game and reload it looks normal. Worked for me atleast.

I think I know why.
Some eyes are for different genders, might be what's wrong.
Save first, and do the sexchange command.
