Can't reach the entrance to the Railroad HQ [Survival Mode]

So yeah, the entrance to the railroad must have been moved to the bell tower at the Old North Church. Good tactical decision on their side, however, I can't seem to be able to reach it...I tried jumping to the roof of the church from adjacent building but that didn't work either. I can't just use console command as I am in Survival Mode. Anyone have any suggestions?

P.S.: Also tried saving and re-loading the game and restarting the game entirely. So if it is a bug, that doesn't seem to fix it.

I don't play survival but when i need to reach a roof and i'm too lazy to figure out how everyone else does it, i bring jetpack power armor.

Are you doing the Freedom Trail quest?

Well i think i've reached the bell tower normally too. could be wrong but i think there is a a way through the second floor,just watch for ferals. Also i'd check the old way to the Railroad just to make sure your quest isn't glitching.

I've done the freedom trail quest. Im returning from a place MILA quest and I need to speak to Tinker Tom. The back entrance to the church is boarded up so theres is no entrance to the church. The back tunnel exit is also unenterable from outside.

I had the same problem - I entered through the escape tunnel and that fixed the other entrance. Of course you must have unlocked that first by hacking the terminal only accessible from withing the tunnel

that's probably the south end - which is always boarded up - the north entrance is the one to take
