What have I missed at Dima's secret medical facility?
The quest "uncover Dima's secret medical facility" refers.
I see my pip boy shows that this quest is complete but all I did was
go into the room KYE opened for me. Nothing more relating to this
is shown in my quests list. Also, having completed Dima's memory 2 download
relating, I believe, to a nuclear bomb key, nothing more is given as to where this key is located. Possibly I am not concentrating enough. Could there be tapes I am supposed to listed to? Problem is that unless one knows the exact title of a tape it becomes a nightmare finding the correct tapes from that endless list of tapes in the inventory.

I can't remember exactely but inside of that room locked by KYE or just in the room where you talk with it, you will be able to examine de floor when this quest is active.

If you have nick with you, you won't need to pass a speech check or be locked out from the computer, thats why it seemed so easy

EDIT: go to the main room before the computer and examine the patch of earth

I did dig up the body in that room. My concerns is in the medical room where I'm wondering whether I missed a holotape. Wiki states that "what's done is done" tape is in the Vim: Pop Factory basement and this is that place.
This tape apparently relates to Dima operating on someone.

Regarding the nuclear bomb key, playing Dina's tape reveals the key's location
but there is no quest reference to this in the "Best left forgotten" quest list.

Apart from gettign the holotape from the room, the grave and the useless unique weapon, theres nothing else in the room
The key is optional, you'll have to strike out on your own to get it I think, all it does is give you a differant outcome

This room is just here to show you Dima replaced someone from Far Harbor with a synth. Nothing more.

the locked room by KYE only has a unique rifle and some useful scrap in it iirc, the gun is tosh though, no benefit beyond being a combat rifle that can fire 5.56mm ammo.

It seems that the "what's done is done" tape was one of the items removed from that grave. As it is not in my inventory I assume I gave it to Avery.

As there is no reference to finding the key in my pip boy quests, I will not be able to highlight it and have it's location shown on the map and there will surely be no map marker shown that would lead me to it.

Also the desc. lies, it's the same weight as a normal rifle, 5.56 is heavier and rarer than the other ammo counterparts as well

I did not bother to even take this weapon. I have countless legendary weapons
in my inventory which I will never use.
But my basic problem has not been addressed. finding that key - no reference to it in my pip boy.

I think this quest at the medical facility is one of those (Special location quest line) ones where the marker won't go away until you find all the secrets Dima has. Then it will go away. I got the medical facility marker to even though I found everything. So just go and find all the other stuff at different locations.

I just looked at the official gampeplay guide and to finish "Find Dima's secret" is you have to pick up Avery's skull. FML!!!!
