Here's a screenshot of my current char in military fatigue and a few pices of combat armor. She doesn't look very Stay-Puff-y to me, even if the chest piece from this angle makes her look more bosomy than she is:

There's a noticable size difference due to gaps in between the armor and the uniform. Doesn't bother me too much to use it but it seems like an unnecessary evil.
