Best Left Forgotten bug. (Help!) [FAR HARBOR]

After completeing all of the memories and it saying AQUIRED for all of the puzzles and it still shows that 0Z-7A4K is only 80% done in the quest journal and is telling me to revisit the level. I cant revisist it and i cant reload any saves b/c im in survival. PLEASE HELP.

Explore kellogg's memories? Yeah I'm stuck on that one in my old save, was terribly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying and I still haven't got past it in that save. Just a few days ago I started a new save though so hopefully it'll go better this time.

I've read things about if you just punch dr. whatever a few times she goes to saying her dialogue that progresses the mission but this hasn't worked for me.

I think the issue was that I (and maybe you too) destroyed virgil's defenses in the glowing sea before I was supposed to, therefor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the mission up.

I really don't have much in terms of solving this but, I can at least relate to your frustration.

I had the same problem...Well I don't rememeber the memory name, it was the 5th memory, stuck ay 80 but I did complete it. You only need the first three to continue the story though, just keep going, the quest will complete and go away.

Yes, ignore the 80% notice. I did, and later, game actied like I did all 100% (Which I actually has done.)
