Gus And Kat

So I was walking down this road when I got attacked by this Sentry Bot named Gus. After killing him I came apon this liitle girl named Kat that was standing in the general area of where Gus spawned. She just stood there and did nothing and I was unable to talk to her. Does anybody have any info on this random encounter (it was by the Poseidon Reservoir)?

I met her. shes a trader. acts a bit like a hustler ready to take advantage of you. interesting character.
