Help me I'm desparate ! Flickering / Shimmering / shadows bug !!!
I had a bit of flickering / Shimmering involved, especially on grass but nothing extreme. So I tried this TAA Flicker Fixer Mod on nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/64734 (enb version because i use FW ENB) and I noticed that it increased the problem even more unfortunately for me. So I removed the mod... But the flickering is even stronger, especially for grass and wood / building...

See on this video...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZUMzN_RCjg

Before i was a stable game with 400 mods ENB and Reshade...

It's really heavy and i'm little desparate.

I've done all what i can:

tweak TAA in game with console - nothing

tweak Nvidia control panel - (method found in nexus mod) - nothing

Disable SSAO in game / in ENB - Nothing

Playing without ENB / Reshade - NOthing

Cap FPS to 60 - NOThing

Disable HBAO... NOTHing

Reinstal the game... NOTHIng

reinstall windows ! NOTHINg !!!

Reinstall Windows, buy the game on another steam account NOOOOOOTHING !!!

I try All I can and i dont know what thing cause this bug... TAA ? Shadow ?

Please help me to find what thing cause this :)

Are you using HD textures? If so, get rid of them and get the texture mods from Nexus, they are far superior.

Maybe it's the textures you're using, you could try a different author? I use these myself, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52423 It's a lot of space total, but it looks great.

Yeah before I use this author texture mod. I will try again :)

see if the problem still persists when you disable your current textures and see if it's there when you get different texture mods. That will help you locate the problem.

So i've test it... download all the texture of luxor and install it... Always this horrible glitch. I've try without and it's the same thing...

I dont know how to solve this problem

I forget what i did to fix this but as i recall i had this issue a while ago and the problem was:
TAA will slightly shift your screen every frame to try and get better anti-aliasing which is usually not visible, because it blends the two frames together, but there is some ini entry or graphic option that makes it do the TAA shaking without actually doing any TAA blending.
Hope this helps!

Now that I think about it I had a similar issue and I ended up changing the anti-aliasing off in the fallout4launcher options.

You should try https://rivatuner.net, and set scanline to -466(1920x1080 60 hz) with syncflush=0 in C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Profiles in the file with the game name, dont touch framerate limit

If you have a good gpu that can handle higher resolution try DSR or whatever AMD's equivalent is. I run in 4k for a 1080p screen. It uses more pixels to produce the final rendered image. I found it stops shimmering on grass. It also looks a lot sharper. The console text becomes smaller but that is easy to fix.

Alternatively try different resolution textures.

Rivatuner often conflicts and causes its own host of issues.
