DKS-501 Sniper Rifle

I've been using this awesome mod for a while and all of the unique versions spawned as they should on my previous character.
But the Circle of Steel Sniper Rifle didn't spawn in the crate on the forecastle, instead it was a non legendary piece of crap laser rifle.
Now I can't remember which one, but one mod I have has the potential to mess up the spawning of legendary items and replace with junk.
Please help.

Otherwise your guess is as good as anyone elses especially as we don't know what actual mods you are using nor does anyone know which random set of mods conflict with it

Thanks, I'll try to change the load order. Hopefully it'll work since those rifles are what have should've been in Fallout 4.

It's annoying since I was looking to install a patch that fixed this issue, but I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ remember the mod of the patch.

Related noobish question; would it make a difference if I looted that specific crate before adjusting the load order?
I did revert to a save just before I exited out to the forecastle and left Prydwen.

Edit: moving the mod to the bottom did not work
