Fallout not recognizing new .esp?
Tried installing some new mods the past few days but it wont recognize the new .esp's, is that because of f4se not being compatable right now or is it just me?

F4SE does absolutely nothing else by itself, if a mod specifically states it uses it then it does, otherwise it won't effect your mods.
Make sure it's in the Data folder and / or you use a mod manager / in-game bethesda mod explorer

I'm using NMM and have the latest update, i've gone into the plugins folder to make sure they show up and into the data folder to make sure the .esp was actually there, both checked out. I recently did a reinstall and all the mods i had before that install still work, its just the new stuff i'v e tried to add after the fact.

Next part .make sure:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Fallout4\plugins.txt
Isn't set to read only, it may be having trouble adding the new files because It has no access

If it still doesn't show up then I have no idea

it was just to see if the game had trouble reading your plugin list but apparently not, try to see if activating the mods in-game does anything:

Set it to non-read only when you're at the main menu
Go to "mods" in-game
Sign in to your Bethesda account
Go to the Load Order area
Try to enable the new mods from there
