Yeah, I have this written down in the brackets above because I wasn't sure what it was called but thank you. I can now move it down to the list and just call it Nuka Zeta Scanner or something unless someone can give me the official name of what it gives you on your perk list :) (I'm guessing it does show up there even if it is temporary like Lover's Embrace or Well Rested do)
This is true to player level, and might be true for XP as well.
Edit:
Wait, you are not talking about int, but about INT, or Inteligence, right?
While they can hold values up to that amount I'm looking at what can be obtained without cheating or using the console but with using exploits like the one that allows you to use the SPECIAL book to boost a base stat to 12 even though you shouldn't be able to.
Edit : I was talking about Intelligence lol. I was just using the shorthand
I don't think you can wear those with the Inquisitor's Cowl. The Inquisitor's Cowl is a big helmet, like the sack hood or something where it takes your whole head. If I'm wrong though that would be great.
And that's just a straight boost without needing any gear that stacks with everything? If so that's sweet.
