Having an average of 50-60 fps, but drops to 45 in 3rd person mode in sanctuary (because well, fps always sucks in sanctuary no matter what mods I have on, my experience)
I can actually play and have a smooth experience with the game looking this good ^^. (Shadowboost +++ helps fps ALOT)

damn. It almost looks photorealistic. Is this a mod, or tweaking of your system? When i get around to doing a solid computer Fallout 4, i want it to look like this. And what specs are you running? I have an I7 with a GTx 970.

I also have a GTX 970 bud, I am using the enb Realshade ENB, but don't download any of It's recommended mods, espescially not the water one (rip fps) All those recommended mods I don't have yet, might try Radiant clouds.
My load order for my current mods to make this set visual set up are Clean water - (any setting you prefer, sadly this was taken off the nexus, though if you google clean water mod, and find a reddit topic you will find a download there). Vivid weathers, Grasslands - Healthy, Commonwealth conifers redux 1.2, The Far Harbor pines texture replacement from commonwealth conifers redux. Those I think are the only visual mods I have atm.

This will give a stalker feel but I love it, has a very realistic feel to it also.

My PC would jump off my counter and beat the living ♥♥♥♥ out of me if I attempted to run that , and I run 4 at max without a issue .

Looks worderful though , kinda jelly my pc couldnt handle it and that is probably why Bethesda didnt make 4 look like that .

I'm guessing you're not using a dinosaur monitor with 1280x1024 resolution... Your pc can probably do this with ease if you put the res down so low.

If you're running at 45FPS in Sanctuary, something is horribly wrong. If I uncap Framerate (GTX970) on Ultra, even WITH Ultra Shadows, I go 90+. It's only deep in deep in the city that I drop sub 60.

I mean, your Sactuary isn't even built up at all... I could understand 45FPS if you had like 10,000 structurse there.

Also, too many trees. I'm playing Fallout, not Skyrim. some of those trees aren't even native/regional species.
