Mod to increase Sanctuary's workshop zone?

I hate how the river is full of crap when I've made the rest of sanctuary to look like a decent place - and there's no way to clear that crap since the workshop zone only goes halfway across the bridge (I can clear some of the crap with console, but some things just don't give a reference code for disabling them when you click them): so, is there a mod that would increase the workshop zone?

Build High on Nexus allows you to build on the whole Island and around the entrance to Vault 111 I have not used it, but it does have some bugs, you should try it though it also expands many other settlements as well!

I tested it - and while it expands the workshop zone - it only allows you to build in this expanded zone; but doesn't let you scrap things in it : /

Well you got a 50/50 result, now you can build anywhere on the island, you might also search Nexus Mods for scrapping mods.

The best scrapping mod is Scrap Everything

If the items you want to scrap are small and carriable you can bring them into the build zone and scrap them. If there any any tires, smaller scrapable items, trollies and other small items you can bring them in. Any 'big' or rooted items can't be touched though - like trees and such.
