Yep. Pretty easy for the most part to. It's kind of a suprise that the Raiders are the hardest part of NW, even more so then the Gatorclaws or Giant Crickets.

Got a feeling that beth gave the higher ones up some of the damage perks.

The pack vets with auto rifles can shred you up quick in close quarters.

"pretty easy"
Yeah, tell that to the legendary disiple/pack/operator who kills you in 4 bullets when mutated

Nuka-World is great in general. Really feels like Bethesda went all out to make something genuinely fun. Lots of little details, AMAZINGLY good soundtrack, and probably the most creative and fun environments and environmental puzzles in Fallout since The Glow in Fallout 1.

If Far Habour is the serious, sombre Fallout tone with deep atmosphere and heavy themes, then Nuka-World brings some levity and FUN to the formula.

Really enjoyed this DLC. I was totally 'meh' about Fallout 4 up until Far Harbour, but Nuka-World kinda redeemed the game for me.

I've killed several disciple legendaries. They aren't that hard. I also killed an Operator legendary recently but they were friendly at first and they were not hard; not them or the 3-4 other operators nearby.

The higher level legendaries are the deadly ones. (Though only when they wield there auto rifles.)
Lvl 39 and 49 to be exact.

Though if you are using the easy wuss mode build (sneak perk build) then they will be easy on survival along with everything else.

Not particularly. The only real time when any legendary or normal raider is hard is when there is a large grouping of them. In groups of less then 5 they are easy to deal with. I don't use sneak on Survival and it's still easy to kill things - most of them with melee to.

How does the settlement/outpost thing effect the game? I've been searchinggoogle but still vague on it. What are the permanent effects. Is it just preston as ally changes permenantly? Can I change back vassels and outposts? I dont want to lose options with settlements but can't wait to get outposts going. Afraid to do this dlc. Dont mind being evil if can change back.

This is going to nasty with my build only 1 agility this run. Sneaking with sniper too easy for me. After the run where found 2 shot laser musket near start decided not playing like that again

You cannot change the raider outpost back to a normal commonwealth settement.
I've personally began purging every settlement in the game including Sanctuary, so that the raiders can take over the commonwealth.

My institude synths do not conflict with Nuka world raiders, so that worked out for me.

I can't imagine doing Open Season on survival
without Silenced "The Last Minute" and maxed Sneak build

since no matter how strong armor you have or how chemmed you are you still die in 2-4 sec when you get swarmed

idk... maybe with MIRV Fatman if using cover carefuly
but choke points and small interiors could be a SERIOUS problem to tackle head on

Isn't this the opposite of what you'd expect? Heavily armed raiders in large groups = Easy? But tiny bugs = Hard? That doesn't sound right.

Honestly, I think the Crickers (At least the Glowing ones) are the worst. Even with 700hp and 300AR they two-shot kill.

Gatorclaws are a waste of a perfectly good mob. They're deathclaws without the tough hide.

There are few choke points that you cannot effectivley use cover you are swarmed from all directions in The Pack area for example with little to no place to hide
and The Disciple area is one big position where you can get flanked from all directions
i found out the hard way thinking that i could just blow them all up with my explosive firearms
so i changed the approach to stealth and finished most of them Dark Brotherhood style
Rest i just picked off from stealth with SD The Last Minute

well on my very first run I did the quest without any prep. I use a two shot plasma rifles and I was victorius. I wont say It was easy . I did use a few stimpack but I never was worry for my life. I had my institute powerr armor at the time.

I was able to hide In a few spot to take them out really nicely like pratice target. they had no chance. they were not using any grenade or explosive. that the only thing that would make me run if they where trowing explosive at me.

but i was level 104 when i did that so i had a a bit of health to spare and max special and number of good perk. that surly help
