Legendary Shiskebab?

So today i got a legendary Shiskebab drop, i wasnt even aware any Shiskebabs where spawning outside of the Forged quest, is this a new thing or have i just not noticed it till now?

Some items that get legendary prefixes added too them are just really really rare, once got a sentinals shiskebab, heard someone found a legendary railway rifle, which is a weapon I never see, its usualy walking canes and armor

Legendary Railway Rifles unlock when completing the game with the Railroad. They don't drop otherwise.

The Shiskebab from the forged quest isn't even legendary but you can find one anytime in the game, the only exception is the railway rifle like they already said. I found a furious one once but I was playing a gun playthough >.<

The wiki says it's a "random rare drop" and "can be obtained from legendary enemies."

I guess you were just lucky.

About one in 150 legendary drops will be a shiskebab, it's not any rarer than other (legendary) melee weapons.

That sucks if thats true. I have never found one anyway. A couple Legendary Shiskebabs but i would like a railway rifle, maybe a 2 shot, that would be the best.

I got a Junkie's Shishkebab as a drop. I have Cait use it, though I don't think her being a junkie will trigger the bonus on the weapon.

I got a blazing one in my survival playthrough.. useless for a pistol and shotguns main but an awesome wall hanger.
