Vault 88 / invisible walls / HELP PLEASE

I've just started the quest for Vault 88, went there, killed all the raiders and as soon as I get into the vault and the loading screen is off I see through every wall and nearly every object in the vault and I get this "motion blur" like the windows when you dont have a graphic card driver installed. I tried to reinstall the DLC, nothing. Disabled all the mods that have to do with the DLC, still nothing. I totally can't use the vault like this and I have no idea whats the problem.

Someone else experiencing something like that?

If the "motion blur" involves objects leaving trails of themselves on the blank background revealed by the absence of visible walls, then someone else mentioned the same problem here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/0/350542145710668909/

But I don't have the problem myself, so I can't try to work out much. I don't know if there's anything you've both got in common regarding mods, hardware, or whatever, but you could try the stuff mentioned there.
