Companion affinity cooldown??

Danse seems to like everytime I enter in Power Armor, by just sleeping 2 hours in a bed and repeating the process...

But I can't do the same with workbench upgrades for Danse himself, Codsworth, Preston and X6-88. It only triggered once... but it's weird that i can repeat a Danse like by entering PA and in the same place...

So my question is what's the actual cooldown for these actions? Is it real-time, in-game time or what?

Nobody knows apparently...Did few researches but I couldn't find anything...

I think all crafting effects affinity 1x/day and that is it. I think most everything else is 2hrs, but i go 3. Just based of my limited Fallout 4 experiance.
I actually just finished affinity on this toon and get to be lone wanderer, YAY!!

Just keep em in your party. The affinity raise by itself with time. Especially if you are building settlement. The cooldown is in-game time. You can always save scum if that's your thing. Save , do the action , save again , reload , rinse & repeat.

That was patched months ago, but I knew about keeping them as followers but still, takes so damn long to get max affinity from them.

Btw you were right...2 hours for "small actions" and 24 hours for workbench likes/loves.

Neat.

Danse is too easy to max, Entering PA, Vertibird and helping settlements, maxed him within 1 hour.

I use the online tricks for affinity, i keep 4getting Nick V requires you to get kellogs brain thing quest 1st and i grind for days bv4 i realize im retarded. Done that 3x's.

Sometimes i rush cait and get cryolator at lv12 and dress my companion in all blue and give them the cryolator, looks cool but ammo dont last. Best companion weapon is harpoon because ammo cost.

ok get cait, send her too sancuary, get hancock and use him, now get naked except head and QT all over but return to sanc hills every time. When hancock max, change to cait, QT more naked do vault 95.
get macready qt places and steal 1 thing, it does not always says affinity gained, but yes.

nick terminals
curie and preston, do minuteman like quests

there is more, im autistic and bad at text

do not steal everything in the game untill you have macready with you, just leave it for later
and locked red safes

I use that wikia site, it lists what each companion loves, like what quest or who they want dead. I memorized that. Bunker hill has good companion affinity quests for some companions.
See like i know to hit bunker hil b4 i go to the ng training yard beause it leads to me saving those prisoners.

Thanks LAZERFACE :) Now I'm using getav ca_affinity to keep track of the affinity. and memorize what they like best and what not.
