Does anyone know for sure if the character creation command messes anything up? Stat/Perk wise, not quest or shaun related.

If you're concerned about console command messing up your save, which is entirely possible (though how likely idk), just use the surgery chair to change your look (either at doc in diamond city or just build one urself if u have vault tec workshop

Showlooksmenu 14 is just about the same thing as using a surgery chair, besides the fixed player position from the chair.

It shouldn't cause any issues, all it does is change the appearance of your character. If you want the camera to focus on your character's face, switch to the body editor (you don't have to make changes) then go back to editing their face.
