Report a translation problem
Of course, I may be seeing something different to you with the fault I'm considering. I've only seen it show up sometimes with water sections in the Nuka World DLC.

FYI: no DLC
It sort of looks like the normal green light effect is inverted, subtracting green light from the surroundings (with the weaker subtraction of green light at the edges producing a purple appearance). Unfortunately, I don't know a specific cause or fix for it.
