Under armour not showing up at crafting table

Anyone else having this problem, no under armour other than the vault suit appears (other armour is fine i.e. chest / left leg / right arm), even when I equip a new under armour that I know I can upgrade e.g. apply ballistic to

I dont think you can mod those types of things.

What under armor are you specifically talking about?

Off the top of my head the ones you can weave are
Vault suit
Army/military fatigues
Green shirt w/combat boots
Minuteman outfit

Everything else that can be weaved isn't compatible with armor or is headgear.

weave needs Railroad reward and Armorer Perk.

I have done the relevant quest and have armourer 4, but i can't apply upgrades to things like the BOS uniform let alone apply ballistic

BOS uniform, nobody can.

I don't think BoS uniforms can be upgraded without mods.

Most under armors cannot be upgraded, period. The only one that can be upgraded prior to ballistic weave is the vault suit, once you have weave only the ones I previously mentioned can be.

The BOS uniform CANNOT be upgraded in any way, shape, or form.

Ballisitic weave is a horribly implemented system in that you are EXTREMELY and arbitrarily limited into what you can apply it to.
