which graphics mod is causing the shadows on the pip boy?
I know it's one of the texture/graphics mods, but I can't spend hours going through all my mods turning them all on one by one. I was hoping someone had already found this out

Shadows? Or the black screen caused by the nvidia driver? If it's the second one, turn Ambient Occulsion to "off" or "ultra" and that should fix it. If it's the first one, I don't have a clue.

Pretty sure it's the ambient occlusion. Set it to low or off and suffer the ugliness of static shadows

Not sure really. All I know is mine ran fine for awhile then one day I couldn't see anything on my pipboy screen. Once I set Ambient Occlusion to Ultra everything was fine. And I don;t remember any updates in the driver or FO4 taking place, but to be honest I may have not noticed them.

damn. with the mods im running, setting my occlusion to ultra drops my fps down to like 40. Ususally averages 70 so that's a pretty big drop. WIsh I knew what caused it because I'm pretty sure it wasn't the mod itself or the modder wouldve fixed it since most of my graphics mods are very popular

Sounds like the problem that came up with the Nvidia driver before last. If you aren't running an Nvidia card then I have no idea.
