Try the freeway bridge that's nearby. It goes down to street level close to the entrance.

Boston Common is the best I found, drops you near Swan. But won't wake him up if he's alive.

i pressed E to land i happen to land on the mass fusion building ..i didnt have a keycard to access the elevator down ? if i brought power armor can you just jump off the bird mid flight ? lol

Didn't test it yet myself, but at least acrobat are worth for something if that works

finished the quest , hot landings swan area and anytime i wanted to land near good neighbor pressed E took me too the mass fusion building roof , witch i cant access down elevator without a keycard somewhere down below levels perhaps ? safe landing zone on that roof pity the game requiers a keycard to get down

i did jump from the highest building down in power armor before didnt die ,but not from a moving vertibird ? is that possible i have to look into it

Im guessing you did a lot of brotherhood quests before that main quest or are you using a mod?
