Hubflower doesn't regrow?

I harvest some Hubflowers from around the Asylum, and it's about to pass 3 months in game time now, and they are still not growing back.

Update: Nothing regrow.

Hmmm. I know they do around Sanctuary. You must leave the area and return. Have you tried that?

Some area don't make the fauna respawn. Like the blooleaf in the commons.

The one just outside Parsons will respawn, but not the ones inside the asylum grounds.
