FoV blur problem
First off thank you to whoever takes the time to help me.

Now on to business, I will start off by saying i am using Vouge ENB v19.1 and everything looks beautiful and perfect. The FoV in 3rd person is magnificent and great for screenshots, playing, etc etc.

HOWEVER whenever i enter first person everything is all fine and dandy until i aim down my sights.
Every time i aim its like the focus of the ENB is on my gun because; that is as clear as day, but everything passed that is all blurry almost un-aimable. It's like I'm not aiming there when that's specifically what i am doing.

It's very upsetting because i prefer to play in first person, but i can't aim with all that blur that ONLY happens specifically when i aim down. I have scoured the internet and tried changing multiple things in my Inis and fx files, but i don't really know what I'm looking for. I dont want to remove the DoF, but i really want to get the blur effect to work like it does in 3rd person and 1st person (when im not aiming because it works like its supposed to when i don't aim) :/ I never had this problem with Skyrim ENBs

That causes a visual glitch that makes underwater effects go away. Keep DoF enabled and use this mod:

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4172/?

It was specifically made to fix the issue you are having.

You can do the above...
Or You can tweak the values in the config files to adjust the focal point radius...

I live for dof, so removing for me isn't an option

it depends on the player, like the OP I hate blur in any game as well, I want it as sharp and as clear as possible.

I always disable depth of field, motion blur, chromatic abration and screen space bokeh in games that use it.

So i downloaded the mod. No success with both versions. I have already tried changing that to 0 and still didn't work. I dont know what values to change i've looked up tutorials but nothing seems to work. I wish i could show a video of what im seeing it like focuses, then blurs then focuses then blurs really fast

I checked the ENB's nexus page, and somebody suggested this:

Try these settings in game with your enbdepthoffield.fx

Focus:: sensitivity to nearest 0.50
Aperture:: size 1.60
Dof:: sensor size 36.00

I'm pretty sure that if you use an ENB you can hold AShift and press Enter to bring up the in-game enb settings and change the values in their or turn it off all together.

Hey guys i figured it out. So on the Vouge mod page it shows you about a tutorial how to set up for a focal point fix and it made me change a value next to Tempcurr from coord to 0.5. I went back into it and changed it back to coord and it worked! everything looks as it should and my FoV looks great again! I also changed the values Qnomei told me to and that looks really good!

Thank you all for your help i really appreciate it :)
