also that Chem-Fridge will boost happiness.
So if I do this will the happiness meter just skyrocket or will it not matter and I should just do other quests in the meantime while I wait for this meter to finally get to the high point?
I was able to finish that stage of the quest immediately after it started and all I had was a broadcast tower, a boose still, a chem maker, and a weight bench . My actual happiness was no higher than 70%.
BTW, don't make the raiders farm food, that's bad. Check the workbench and if there's food in it they will be happy and if the settlement they are getting tribute from has food then they will be happy (saitfies food). Go into workshop mode and if the FOOD # is green, you're getting supplied (even if it reads 0, you either have food in the workbench or the # of supplied food is equal to or exceeds the # of raiders).
