I'm currently investigating one that causes a few specific companions to change back into their base gear (giving you a fresh copy of their otherwise unique clothing), but I'm still establishing the details. Weirdly, Maccready reverts to an unobtainable version of road leathers instead of his unique gear.
Sometimes, not always, but sometimes after having my companion enter and exit PA that doesn't have a fusion core, I can get in it and use the PA without a core until I exit. Then the game remembers there isn't a core in the PA and the PC isn't suppose to be able to use it like that. But it's not consistant and I'm not sure what actually triggers the bug---it's probably random slow-running scripts.
