Is there any point to hubology

I am rather surprised that these levels can be bought so easily. I don't recall this ever happening in Fallout 2.

For roleplay reasons I made one of my characters completely belive in hubology and do the quest to the fullest. I was curious if there would be some worth while reward for paying so much money, but there wasn't other then the sheer humor of the whole role play.

Although if you attempt to do the ending with 4 cores instead of the requested amount, i find it extremely odd that the leader doesn't have the caps on her body after you paid for your AHS treatments, I guess they get transfered to Xenu during the ride.

In Fallout 2 they were a bigger and more established organization with propaganda and alleged celebrities. The Hubologists in Nuka World are a small handful of crazies wearing rags and tinfoil.

To fix that just talk to the dude when he's standing and not sitting near the terminal

The Intelligence boost is long-lasting, but it does run out.

I've got 40k in caps so maybe it is worth the short term boost for the extra XP I would gain while it lasts. Wonder how many dumb Minute Man quests I could do before it runs out?
