Pass time more quickly

There are some areas I just enjoy attacking, so if I want the place to respawn, can I do that by advancing time at the command line?

How much game time is needed to respawn everyone in an area?
Do I need to be away from it for this to happen? (away, I mean not in same cell)
Is there a command to pass time for x days, or do I just need to sit on a chair and wait it out?

this is if you are not in survival. I think survival the respawn is 30 in game days, if you are not tracking through the territory before that.

The harder areas respawn faster, such as Quincy
The easier areas respawn slower

Harder = approx 5 days
easier = 7-8 days

Note: loot tends to respwn between 4-5 days, so you can sometimes loot easy locations without resistance

even in survival there are areas that respawn often. That waterlogged bit of buildings, with all the ghouls, will respawn every day at the arms store.
