*FIXED*Anyone Seen this Wierd Conversation bug I guess, 3-4 second delay between talking?
I just started playing Far Harbor and everytime I talk to someone its all normal, except when they talk it will take like 3-4 seconds in between sentences. The camera will pan back and forth between them and me and its just allot of staring lol, then they start talking. I can hit a key soon as they finish the sentence to trigger them to keep going but its annoying.

Anyone seen this or have any idea why or how to fix it?

Yea but would that even fix it. Its not the camera, its just long long pauses between each sentence.
I have it too from time to time, it's like a dramatic pause

Or an awkward pause after you use the sarcastic response.

I know something , its very irritating. I just wish I knew what was causing it. Having to wait like 3-4 seconds between every single sentence is allot more annoying then it even sounds lol

Just wanted to leave an UPDATE. I figured out what was causing this issue.

iFPSClamp=60

This setting above was in my ini file and caused the game to somehow sync with my FPS. So in situations where my fps dropped uner 60 the game would slow down. So if it dropped to like 30 it was running at like 50% speed, conversations delays. I even noticed when swinging weapon out of VATS it would slow-mo swing, or shoot. Even jumping was like slo-mo.

So if anyone ever experiences this issue just remove the iFPSClamp=60 from the fallout4.ini and you should be good to go.
