Trouble with The Nuclear Option.

I've gotten through the sewer tunnels and at the console to teleport the Minutemen in the relay control room. When entering the Institute relay targeting sequence holotape into the console, it says failed. Can't seem to move forward from this point. HELP.

Did you both load and play the tape?
