Do you have to wear both the outfit AND the hat to get the special dialogue and missions or could you wear just the oufit and say a helmet of some sort?

all of it for the important dialogue bits. in some cases the gun too.

damn... ok, well thanks for the info. I was considering a Batman/Vigilante type build and wanted to wear a mask/helmet instead. I guess I still could and just switch when necessary or just give in and wear it... idk

The hat has special abilites to hide your true identity, like Clark Kent's glasses.

usually i just switch the hat/suit/gun out when i have to chat, otherwise i use my usuall outfit.

No, you just need the cloth for dialogue, hat and gun are optional, quite useless to be honest.

Well now I'm confused lol. Has anyone tested this recently, especially HeyMan47 ?

I don't have to test it because that's how I got those special dialogues in the first place, only cloth, no hat and gun.
